About

I was born and raised in the rainy, vibrant São Paulo, Brazil. At age 8, I started playing the piano. When I was 14, I traded it for the electric guitar and decided to become a musician, and I practiced a lot!

In my teenage years, I played in several bands despite my mom’s advice to find a real job. Bless her heart!

I’ve always been fascinated by building things from scratch, and my passion for music led me to find a job in a recording studio;

I wanted to be part of the music-making world!

That led me to work in a production facility, creating film, TV, and radio content. Working with some of the best creative minds helped broaden my horizons and opened many doors for me to try different things, such as videography, photography, and sound design.

I worked with many talented engineers, musicians, and producers. I was so happy. I still have fond memories of those block-building days.

I relocated to Los Angeles, CA, in the fall of 1999 and started mixing live concerts, from small clubs to arenas.

In 2006, after touring the world a few times, I added Tour and Production Management to my resumè.

In 2014, I reignited my passion for photography and videography. I started taking photos and making videos for the bands I worked for.

Over the past 30+ years, I've worn many hats: playing, recording, mixing, photographing, managing, and touring. And I'm still addicted to learning new tools, tech, and techniques. It's like a never-ending adventure!

For me, blending creativity with technical know-how is where the magic happens. While I’m all about pushing for excellence, I believe in doing it with a good attitude, respectfully, and lifting others up along the way. Because let's face it, life's too short not to enjoy the journey.

Overall, I'm thankful for all the experiences that led me to where I am today. I look forward to what the future holds!

Thank you for visiting!

Passion is one great force that unleashes creativity, because if you’re passionate about something, then you’re more willing to take risks.
